All loans offered through PSPXpress are fixed-rate personal loans ranging from $250 to $1,500, with repayment terms between 62 and 180 days. Each loan carries an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 24%, well below the 35% maximum criminal interest rate permitted under the Canadian Criminal Code.

For example, a $500 loan repaid over three months (approximately 93 days) at an APR of 24% results in six biweekly payments of $136.27, for a total repayment of $817.65. This amount includes all interest and applicable administrative costs. All loans provided by PSPXpress are subject to standard underwriting approval. PSPXpress is not a payday lender and does not offer or advertise loans requiring full repayment within 60 days of issuance. We work exclusively with licensed and regulated Canadian financial service providers who operate in full compliance with provincial and federal laws. In the event of a default, the lender may charge a one-time insufficient funds fee of approximately $45, depending on the lender’s policies. If a loan goes into default, reasonable and lawful collection procedures may be initiated in accordance with Canadian debt collection regulations. We strongly encourage all applicants to carefully review their loan agreements before signing to fully understand all associated costs, terms, and repayment obligations.
